USABILITY ISSUES
The project started with evaluating existing ​website. A few usability issues were found as below:
01 Violated standard and consistency

Client's original homepage is a non-scrollable full-pager. While users expect to scroll and read more about the company like conventional websites do, it is not applicable for client's site. It increases users' cognitive load.
02 Lack of guidance

There's no call-to-action button nor a navigation flow in homepage. Users may find it difficult to navigate or go to the page they want in the site.
03 Low readability due to long blocks of text

Long paragraph of text is ineffective for users to consume. Breaking large blocks of text into smaller paragraphs will make it easier to read. Trim unnecessary content that is not related to key message client trying to communicate.
